Description

In the inspiring sports drama Road to Success, Ph.D. student Lin Wan Xing returns to her hometown and takes a job as a sports equipment custodian at Hongjing No. 8 High School. Soon, she is tasked with the difficult challenge of reviving the school's disbanded football team. When the team suffers a crushing defeat, Lin's mysterious tenant, Wang Fa, who is a former British football club coach, steps in to lead them to victory. Lin convinces Wang Fa to become their permanent coach and works alongside him to resolve player conflicts. Though past wounds briefly drive a wedge between them, Lin and Wang Fa eventually reconcile.
